Shipping

• We ship to Australian and Worldwide destinations, for New Zealand Order, please order at www.laptopskeyboard.co.nz.
• Australian orders will be shipped by AusPOST ExpressPost with SIGNATURE DELIVER REQUIRED.
• Shipping and handling fee is caculated upon destination and parcel weight. Parcel is delivered to destination around 2-10 working days.
• International orders will be shipped by AusPOST EMS Courier. Shipping and handling fee is caculated upon destination and parcel weight. Parcel is delivered to destination around 5-10 working days.
• Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges and/or postage and handling fee.
• Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
• When your order is shipped you will be sent an e-mail confirmation which will include parcel number which can be used to track your order.

2. Please use the "Add to Cart" button to put items into Shipping cart.
3. Click "Estimate Shipping" button.
4. Enter the destination post code and click "Update" button.
5. After update, will show you the P&H cost to your Destination post code.

Return & Refund Policy

• It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and have your invoice handy. We will try our best to solve your problem.
• All returns must be made within fifteen (15) days after the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
• Any refund after 30 days from invoiced dat, the item cost will divide by 12 months and refund parts of the times to returns.
• Any refund is only refund the cost of item, the Postage and handling fee is not refundable.
• Customers are responsible for paying any postage and handling fee after 30 days warranty return.
